You may also reach out by email or phone to sellers. OctoRocket recommends that buyers record and document communication.
Provide the following information to the seller so that your case can be reviewed expediently.
- Order Reference Number.
- Email (Buyer's Account on OctoRocket).
- Description of the Issue.
- Photographs or documentary evidence to support.
