Navigate: Seller Dashboard > eStore > Products
Single product addition.
For sellers who do not have more than 10 products to be added at the same time, we recommend that you add and create the product into the eStore directly from the user interface of the Seller Dashboard.
The user interface will request for all product details and images so that it can be shown for customer to purchase. Sellers must also adhere to the formats requested so as to deliver consistent display for customers.
- Go to eStore > Products > click on Add Product.
- Under General Tab > Product Information, fill in all required information. Read this article to for the explanation to each input field.
- Upload a picture under Product Images.
- Under Product Page Tab > Product Page Configuration, fill in all required information. Read this article to for the explanation to each input field.
- Go to Actions > Save and Approve.
Note: You are not required to provide input for SEO Configuration under the Product Page tab.
Copy an existing product.
If you have similar products, we recommend that you duplicate existing records so as to improve productivity and save you time. All products created online can be duplicated. However, you should note to change the following details as they are unique:
- Universal Product Code (UPC).
Important: You will not be able to save the duplicated product if you do not specify an unique UPC.
- Go to eStore > Products.
- Search or scroll to identify the product that is to be duplicated.
- Click on the icon Edit .
- Go to Actions > Copy to New Product.
- Specify a new UPC for the new product.
- Review all information and make amendments.
- Go to Actions > Save and Approve.
