Navigate: Seller Dashboard > eStore > Products
Exporting to CSV or XLSX formats.
This feature allows you to export a list of products for analysis or updating a large number of products. All information in the Seller Dashboard will be exported.
Note: Product images cannot be exported. If you wish to have a copy of all images, please get in touch with us.
- Go to eStore > Products.
- Click on Actions.
- Select Products under Export.
- Select a File Format: CSV or Microsoft Excel.
- Strip HTML: If you product details are formatted with rich-text, it will be exported in html codes. If you wish to ignore the codes, you can strip the HTML and it will be exported in readable plain-text.
- Click OK.
- Check your default downloads folder in your computer.
Important: Only products that are listed on the screen at Product Manager page will be exported, by default the first 50 products. If you wish to export more, you can filter and show products up-to 200. Should you have more than 200 products, you will need to export each page.
Importing and updating product information.
When you have downloaded the export file, you can make amendments directly in the file. To find out more about the use of each column, see this article:
Save a copy of the file with amendments and import it into the Seller Dashboard. The changes will be reflected upon import, and you will have to confirm the changes. To learn how to import the file into the Seller Dashboard, follow these steps:-
- Go to eStore > Products.
- Click on Actions.
- Select Products under Import.
- Choose a file.
- Click on Upload.
- Check details from the list. This is known as product staging.
- Updating Product Images.
- If you wish to update product image, you can drag-and-drop at this stage.
- If you do not wish to update product image, no action is required. Note that existing product images would not be shown here.
- Click Import & Approve.
- Check that the system display that the import is completed. Please re-attempt by clicking Start Over should there be an error.
- Click Back to Product manager to complete the process.
