How do I login to manage store and products?
Click on this link for the back-end Seller Dashboard: https://admin.octorocket.asia. This is where you manage your eStore, products, and orders. An example is provided below and you should received your login details in a separate email from us.
Tip: Lost the email? If you have not received the email, or had lost the email, do write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your official corporate or business email so that we can verify your identity and retrieve your credentials.
How do I update product images?
For products which you have not sent images to us, you can update images from the Product Manager. For adjustments to pricing and inventory, see this article for more details.
- Go to eStore > Products.
- Search or scroll to identify the product that is to be duplicated.
- Click on the icon Edit .
- Go to Actions > Save and Approve.
Note: When you click Save and Approve, the changes are effective immediately online for customers to see.
